About me

Hi, I’m Amanda and I’m so happy you’re here.

I help people reconnect with who they are beneath expectation, pressure, and performance, so they can build a life that actually feels like theirs.

I was raised in a Cuban household in Miami, where family, loyalty, and responsibility weren’t just values, they were identity. As the eldest of five girls, I learned early how to be dependable, self-sufficient, and attuned to everyone else’s needs.

For a long time, every decision I made passed through one question: Will this be approved of?
That filter shaped how I showed up in my relationships, my career, and even within myself.

From the outside, I was doing everything “right.”
But internally, I felt disconnected, like I was living a life that had been outlined for me, not chosen by me.

At 28, I moved across the country to Los Angeles to become a flight attendant, chasing a long-held dream of freedom and travel. Instead, I was met with isolation, uncertainty, and a level of internal discomfort I could no longer ignore—especially during the stillness of the pandemic.

That season forced me to confront something deeper than circumstance:
I didn’t know how to be with myself without a role to play or someone to be needed by.

What followed was a process of unlearning, rebuilding, and redefining who I was outside of family roles, cultural expectations, and survival patterns.

That work changed everything.

Today, I guide others through that same process, helping you untangle who you’ve been taught to be from who you actually are.

I believe you don’t need fixing.
You need honesty, awareness, and the space to see yourself clearly.

Because when you do, your identity stops being something you inherit and becomes something you choose.

If you’re ready to stop performing and start understanding yourself on a deeper level, I’d love to work with you.

About Working with Me

I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to help you see clearly.

My work is rooted in the belief that most of what holds us back isn’t a lack of potential, but a lack of awareness. We learn to cope, to control, to protect ourselves in ways that once made sense; but eventually start to limit how fully we live, love, and show up.

I care about truth, not the harsh kind, but the kind that frees you. The kind that asks you to take responsibility for your patterns without shaming yourself for having them. Because real growth doesn’t come from pretending everything is okay. It comes from being willing to look honestly at what isn’t.

Healing, to me, isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about stripping away what isn’t you; old narratives, inherited beliefs, unconscious habits, so that you can move through life with more clarity, self-trust, and intention.

Show me your mess, and I’ll show you your mission. Let’s stop hiding who we are so we can alchemize our pain into purpose.

I’ll meet you with compassion, but I won’t let you hide. Because the life you say you want requires a version of you that’s willing to be both deeply honest and fully accountable.

And if you’re here, some part of you is already ready for that.
